Mission:

Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties is a faith-based, nonprofit organization whose goal is to partner with local low-income families to help them build or renovate and then buy their own homes within our two-county service area. Habitat homes are simple, decent, safe, and affordable. Habitat homes are affordable for our partner families because:

- our families and other unpaid volunteers provide much of the construction labor

- we sell our homes to qualified low-income families at no-profit prices

- we provide no-interest home loans

- our home loans offer affordable monthly payments.

Vehicle Donations

There are families in your community who are living in substandard conditions and simply need a hand up, not a hand out.

Habitat for Humanity is providing that hand up and you can help! Habitat's Cars for Homes program uses your vehicle donation to help build decent, affordable homes in partnership with low income families.

It is quick and easy to donate and your car donation may be eligible for a tax deduction (consult the IRS or your tax advisor for details). Cars for Homes accepts cars, trucks, boats, RV's and other vehicles with proper title and proof of ownership information. Habitat will handle every aspect of the donation, including taking information, title transfer, tow of the vehicle to an auction yard, auction of the vehicle, and IRS filings. Habitat will provide you with a receipt and a "thank you" letter.

If you live in Weber or Davis Counties, the net proceeds generated from the sale of your donated vehicle will benefit HFHI of Weber/Davis. If you live elsewhere, you may designate that your contribution go to HFHI of Weber/Davis
